John Doe(s), Names(s) Unknown, the Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Jimmy H. Perez and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Jimmy H. Perez; and the unknown spouse of Jimmy H. Perez, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the January 2, 2015, The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. f/k/a JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-RP1, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No 15 CV 4. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1657 Thalia Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514.
