Unknown Spouse, of Mary Beth Barber, nka Mary Beth Timlin and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, Legatees, if any, of Mary Beth Barber will take notice that the Plaintiff, Christina Trust, A Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2012-11, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above referenced case number. The object of, and demand for relief in the Complaint is, to foreclosure, upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being all of Unit No. 49, Villas at Falconcrest Condominium, together with the undivided interest in and to the common areas, as the same is numbered, described, designated and delineated in the Declaration of Condominium Ownership of Villas at Faloncrest Condominium (fka Marybrook Meadows Condominiums), as recorded in OR Volume 4523, Page 152, and on the drawings thereof, recorded in Volume 98 of Maps Page 230, of Mahoning County Records; in the First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership of Villas at Faloncrest Condominium, as recorded in OR Volume 5232, Page 2597, and on the drawings thereof, recorded in Volume 103 of Maps, Page 33 thru 36 of Mahoning County Records; in the Second Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership of Villas at Falconcrest Condominium, as recorded in OR Volume 5297, Page 1198, and on the drawings thereof, recorded in Volume 104 Maps, Page 17 of Mahoning County Records; and, in the Third Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership of Villas at Falconcrest Condominium, as recorded in OR Volume 5394, Page 2218, and on the drawings thereof, recorded in Volume 105 of Maps, Page 170 of Mahoning County Records.
