Lucy Kalmer and John Doe, unknown spouse, if any, of Lucy Kalmer whose last known address is 2736 Rexford Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 11th day of March, 2015, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case Number 15CV 664 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 2736 Rexford Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, and also known as Parcel Number 53-154-0-087.000 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to the mortgage filed in OR Book 5865, Page 1153, on the 3rd day of August, 2010 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants Lucy Kalmer and Martin Kalmer Sr., deceased, in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named upon are required to answer on or before 16th day of June, 2015, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
