George H. Condeleon and Unknown Spouse, if any, of George H. Condoleon, whose last known address is 252 Field Club Circle, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, will take notice that on the December 30, 2014, an Amended Complaint was filed in the matter of Federal National Mortgage Association v. George H. Condoleon, et al., Case No. 14CV 2459 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants George H. Condoleon and Unknown Spouse, if any, of George H. Condoleon, has or may claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Canfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as and being Canfield City Lot No. Four Hundred Thirty-Six (#436), according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said city, in R.J. Neff Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of original Great Lot 16 - 2nd Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivison in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 212, of Mahoning County Records.
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of Lot 437 in said Plat and the Northerly line of Callahan Road; thence Easterly along the Northerly Line of Callahan Road a distance of 75.00 feet to a point; thence by a curve deflecting to the left and having a radius of 28.00 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Winona Avenue; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Winona Avenue an undetermined distance to a point on the Southwesterly line of Winona Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of Winona Avenue an undetermined distance to the North line of said plat; thence Westerly along the North line of said plat an undetermined distance to the Northeast corner of Lot 437 in said plat: thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Lot 437 in said plat a distance of 160 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
