Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, and legatees of Sherri L. Smith, deceased, also known as Sherri Lynn Smith, deceased, ("Defendants") hereby take notice that on March 31, 2015 the Plaintiff, Spartan Equities High Yield Fund I, LLC ("Plaintiff") filed a Complaint for Foreclosure of Real Estate In Rem in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio case number 15CV 865 ("Complaint"), against the above-stated Defendants, praying for judgment as follows: a judgment finding Plaintiff's mortgage upon the real estate described below to be adjudged a valid first lien upon said real estate and ordering Plaintiff's mortgage be foreclosed; that the real estate described below be ordered sold, that the liens be marshaled and that all parties having a lien, claim or interest in the real estate described below be required to set up and prove the same or be forever barred; that the real estate described below be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interests of all parties named in the Complaint; and that the proceeds arising from said sale be applied to the payment of the sums due to the Plaintiff under the terms of a certain promissory note and mortgage in the amount of $74,966.41 plus interest continuing to accrue on the principal balance of $54,988.21 at the rate of 7.75% per annum from February 10, 2015, plus late charges, advances for taxes and insurance, and all other expenditures recoverable under the promissory note. The real estate at issue in the above lawsuit is located within Mahoning County, Ohio commonly known as 7517 W. South Range Road, Salem, Ohio 44460 and specifically identified below (hereinafter the "Premises"):

Situated in the Township of Green, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being part of the North West Quarter of Section No. 22 of said Township and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the Monument at the intersection of the centerline of Lisbon Road and the centerline of South Range Road, Thence S - 88 deg. 16' W along the centerline of South Range Road a distance of 615.58 feet to a point, thence S - 0 deg. 45' E a distance of 33.00 feet to an iron pin on the Southerly R/W line of said South Range Road and the true place of beginning, thence continuing S - 0 deg. 45 E along the Westerly R/W line of Virginia Street a distance of 137.28 feet to an iron pin on the Northerly line of lands now or formerly owned by Betty D. Cook; thence S - 88 deg. 16' W along the lands of Cook a distance of 54.80 feet to an iron pin; thence N - 0 deg. 45' W a distance of 137.28 feet to an iron pin on the Southerly R/W line on South Range Road; thence N - 88 deg. 16' E. along said R/W line a distance of 54.80 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.1727 acres of land but subject to all easements of record as surveyed by J. Robert Lyden P.E. Registered Surveyor No. 5997, dated March 20, 2003, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Defendants will take notice that they are required to answer said complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the date of the last publication, said Answer date being the 3rd day of June, 2015, or judgment will be rended accordingly.
