Defendants, Thomas J. Frush aka Thomas John Frush; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas J. Frush aka Thomas John Frush; and the Unknown Surviving Spouse, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, and Personal Representatives of Thomas J. Frush aka Thomas John Frush, Deceased, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 23rd day of March, 2015, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoing County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 15CV 798 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-001-0-062.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 120 Shadyside Drive, Youngstown Ohio 44512.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that upon foreclosure of the parcel.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 4th day of June, 2015.
