Pierce, whose last known addresses are 5000 Glenwood Ave, Apt 301, Youngstown, OH 44512, 4053 Riverside Drive, Youngstown, OH 44511-3525, you will take notice that on the 11th day of February, 2015, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 15CV 379, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $78,059.00, plus accrued interest of $1,609.98, plus interest at 4.125% per annum from August 1, 2014, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 4053 Riverside Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511 being permanent parcel number PPN: 29-072-0-092.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an answer on or before the 22nd day of May, 2015.
