Defendants, Unknown Heirs or Devisees will take notice that on June 17, 2014, Plaintiff, Talmer Bank and Trust, filed a Complaint in Foreclosure against Brenda L. Bledsoe asking for judgment decree in foreclosure, plus additional contractual charges and any advances made by Talmer Bank and Trust for taxes, insurance, maintenance or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's Deed and also seeking foreclosure of its Mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being City Lot No. 41627 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.

Said City Lot No. 41627 has a frontage of 60 feet on the Southeasterly line of Kiwatha Road, and extends therefrom on its Esterly boundary line a distance of 180 feet and on its Westerly boundary line a distance of 180 feet, and is 45.6 feet along its rear or Southerly boundary line, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Defendants, Unknown Heirs or Devisees are required to answer said Complaint in Foreclosure within Twenty-eight (28) days after publication of this notice, said answer day being the 20th day of May, 2015, or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceeding.
