The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Gary Blakley and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary Blakley, but whose current adddresses are unknown, will take notice that on November 4, 2014, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as successor trustee for JPMorgan Chase Bank NA as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Equity One ABS, Incorporated Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2002-4, filed its Complaint in Case No. 14CV 2873, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 136 S Lakeview Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509. Permanent Parcel No. 53-068-0-208.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Gary Blakley and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary Blakley are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 6th day of May, 2015. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Gary Blakley and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Gary Blakley failed to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
