The Defendant, North Star Capital Acquisition, LLC, but whose current addresss is unknown, will take notice that on September 22, 2014, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee on Behalf of the Certificateholders Park Place Securities, Incorporated Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-WCW1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 14CV 2323, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its Mortgage interest in the real property located at 943 South Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, Permanent Parcel No. 53-161-0-034.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, North Star Capital Acquisition, LLC is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 6th day of May, 2015. In the event that the Defendant, North Star Capital Acquisition, LLC failed to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
