Spicker, whose last known address is Unknown, Unknown, All States, will take notice that on April 21, 2014, Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No 14CV 999. The object of and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclosure the lien of Palintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
