DEFENDANTS.

Defendants, John D. Sullivan aka John Daniel Sullivan, whose last known address is 5019 Sheban Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511 and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, of John D. Sullivan, aka John Daniel Sullivan, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on January 13, 2015, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 14CV 3083, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John D. Sullivan, aka John Daniel Sullivan, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of John D. Sullivan, aka John Daniel Sullivan, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 41 S. Osborn Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-169-0-079.000, 53-169-0-080.000 and 53-169-0-081.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2015.
