To: Frances Salaska, whose last known address is 2023 Coitsville Hubbard Road, Youngstown OH 44505, Unknown Spouse, if any of Frances Salaska, Name Unknown, whose last known address is 2023 Coitsville Hubbard Road, Youngstown, OH 44505, and The unknown heirs, devisees, their spouses and creditors, legatees, and the fiduciary of the estate, and spouse and creditors of Frances Salaska, deceased, whose last known address is unknown each of you will take notice that on the 5th day of January, 2015, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure and on 20th day of February 2015, Plaintiff, filed a Supplemental Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No 15 CV 15, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $69,394.05 plus interest at 7.00% per annum from March 10, 2014, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 2023 Coitsville Hubbard Road, Youngstown, OH 44502, being permanent parcel number PPN: 42-013-0-007.010.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 21st day of April, 2015.
