Evanko aka Joseph James Evanko, whose last known address is 4813 Westchester Drive, Apartment 207, Youngstown, OH 44515, will take notice that on November 17, 2014, a Complaint was filed in the matter of The Huntington National Bank, as successor-in-interest by merger to Sky Bank, as successor-in-interest by merger to The Second National Bank of Warren v. Sandra Juanita Cochrane aka Sandra J. Cochrane fka Sandra J. Evanko, et al., Case No 14CV 2985 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Joseph J. Evanko aka Joseph James Evanko and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joseph J. Evanko aka Joseph James Evanko, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Forty-Two Thousand One Hundred Sixteen (42116) as lots are now numbered in said City, and as recorded in Volume 20 of Maps, Page 207, Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot Number Forty-Two Thousand One Hundred Sixteen (42116) has a frontage of Forty-Two (42) feet along the South side of East Dewey Avenue, and extends back of even width, a distance of One Hundered Forty-Seven and Five Tenths (147.5) feet.
