H. H. Hyland, Wm. W. Miller, Marshall Mining Company, and R & T Enterprises, Inc., whose places of residence or places of business are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 9th day of February, 2015, Plaintiffs filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 15CV 361 for partition of certain real estate and in said petition described, to wit:

Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as a part of Section Number 33 in said township, bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the center line of North Lima-East Palestine Road at the South Easterly corner of lands of John and Veronika Sedlak; thence North 89 degrees West along the southerly line of said Sedlak lands a distance of 9.23 chains to a point; thence North 69 1/4 degrees West a distance of 9.93 chains to the North Easterly corner of lands of Anna Beight; thence South 1 1/4 degrees West along the Easterly line of said Anna Beight lands a distance of 29.20 chains to a point in the Northerly line of a 53.50 acre tract of land of aforesaid Anna Beight; thence South 89 1/2 degrees East along the said Northerly line of Beight lands a distrance of .97 chains; thence North 51 degrees East a distance of 8.65 chains to a point; thence North 70 degrees East a distance of 4.95 1/2 chains to a point; thence East a distance of 5.31 chains to a point; thence North 23 degrees West a distance of 2.15 chains to a point; thence North 48 3/4 degrees East a distance of 8.23 chains to a point in the center line of the North Lima East Palestine Road; thence North 33 1/3 degrees West along the center line of the road a distance of 13.31 chains to the place of beginning and containing within said boundaries 40.62 acres more or less and subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 14627 Woodworth Road, New Springfield, Ohio 44443.

The prayer of said petition is for the partition of said real estate and for other equitable relief. Said Defendants are required to answer on or before said answer day being the 19th day of May, 2015.
