Dinda, If Married On or About April 2, 1985 (Name Unknown) both of whose last known addresses are uknown and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 26th day of November, 2014, PNC Bank National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, successor by merger to National City Mortgage, A Division of National City Bank of Indiana filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 14CV 3061 in said Court against Madena R. Mitchell aka Madena Robin Mitchell, et al praying for judgment of $84,970.43 with interest at the rate of 5% per annum from July 1, 2012 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 48-027-0-228.000

STREET ADDRESS: 80 Evans Avenue, Austintown, Ohio 44515

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 20th day of March, 2015, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
