Frazier, whose last known address is 4548 Durrand Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75052, Laletha Eiland and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Laletha Eiland, whose last known address is 3003 Franciscan Drive, Apt 1923, Arlington, TX 76015, will take notice that on the 17th day of October, 2014, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 14CV 2669, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors Administrators and/or Assigns of Lucy M. Eiland, Deceased, Ricky Eiland, Patricia Eiland, Johnny R. Eiland, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Johnny R. Eiland, Roger D. Eiland, Ruth T. Eiland, Joy E. Frazier, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joy E. Frazier, Laletha Eiland and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Laletha Eiland, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 215 Beachwood Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-231-0-017.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of February, 2015.
