The Defendant, Lawrence L Davis, III, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 20, 2014, the Plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No 14CV 2062, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 31 Water St, Poland OH 44514, Permanent Parcel No. 36-004-0-056.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Lawrence L Davis, III, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 11th day of February, 2014. In the event that the Defendant, Lawrence L Davis, III, fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
