Ritter, Name Unknown, whose last known addresses are 18119 Holke Road, Independence, MO 64057 and The unknown heirs, devisees, their spouses and creditors, legatees, and the fiduciary of the estate, and spouse and creditors of Rita A. Ritter, a.k.a Rita Ann Ritter, deceased, whose last known address is unknown each of you will take notice that on the 1st day of August, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 2014 CV 1895, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $120,768.77, plus accrued interest of $28,699.87, plus interest at 9.50% per annum from May 1, 2012, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 5602 1/2 Madrid Drive, Youngstown, OH 44515-4155, being permanent parcel number PPN: 48-059-0-059.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of January, 2015.
