Harris and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robin L. Harris, whose last known address is 63 Eliot Lane, Youngstown, OH 44505-4817, Nasser Hassen and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nasser Hassen whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 15, 2014, Generation Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case Number 14CV 2251, Mahoning County, Ohio alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and/or Assigns of Ernest Chavis, Deceased, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and/or assigns of Lucille Harris, Deceased, James Lee Harris, Jr. Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of James Lee Harris, Jr., Robin L. Harris, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Robin L. Harris, Nasser Hassen and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nasser Hassen, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 10 Blackburn Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405-1803.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 46-015-0-460.000
The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their intereset in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds, of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 30th day of December, 2014.
