Defendants James Victor Toney; the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Victor Toney; Leslie Toney aka Leslie Alexander Toney, III, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Leslie Toney aka Leslie Alexander Toney, III, George Ransaw; the Unknown Spouse if any, of George Ransaw; Elizabeth Ransaw; Unknown Spouse if any, of Elizabeth Ransaw; and the Unknown Surviving Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of the following deceased persons: Leslie Toney aka Leslie Alexander Toney, George Ransaw and Elizabeth Ransaw whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 9th day of October, 2014, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 14CV 2560 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and is known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-134-0-113.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 953 Parkview Ave., Lot No. 23009, Youngstown, OH.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that upon foreclosure of the parcel, the equity of redemption in the parcel by its owner shall be forever terminated after the expiration of the alternative redemption period, that the parcel thereafter may be sold at sheriff's sale either by itself or together with other parcels as permitted by law; or that the parcel may, by order of the court or board of revision, be transferred directly to a municipal corporation, township, county, school district, or county land reutilization corporation without appraisal and without a sale, free and clear of all impositions and any other liens on the property, which shall be deemed forever satisfied and discharged.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 30th day of December, 2014.
