VINCENT THOMAS, AKA, VINCENT ANTHONY THOMAS, AKA, VINCENT A. THOMAS, JR., AKA, VINCENT THOMAS, JR., NEXT OF KIN OF ADA COLLINS, DECEASED, ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees, Assigns, Executors, Administrators, Legal Representatives, and Surviving Spouse, if any, of Lloyd W. West, Deceased and Corrine West, Deceased whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 29th day of September, 2014, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 14CV 2423 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-015-0-030.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: 402 Alameda Avenue, Lot No. 27480, Youngstown, OH.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that upon foreclosure of the parcel, the equity of redemption in the parcel by its owner shall be forever terminated after the expiration of the alternative redemption period, that the parcel thereafter may be sold at sheriff's sale either by itself or together with other parcels as permitted by law; or that the parcel may, by order of the court or board of revision, be transferred directly to a municipal corporation, township, county, school district, or county land reutilization corporation without appraisal and without a sale, free and clear of all impositions and any other liens on the property, which shall be deemed forever satisfied and discharged.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 18th day of December, 2014.
