BEVON ANDERSON, NEXT OF KIN, OF KEVIN L. ANDERSON, DECEASED, ET AL.,
DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Unknown Surviving Spouse, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees, Heirs, Executors, Assigns, Administrators, and Personal Representatives of Kevin L. Anderson, Deceased whose address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 19th day of September, 2014, the Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Foreclosure naming them, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, the same being Case No. 14CV 2300 in said Court, for the sale of real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and costs. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Plaintiff’s Complaint and known as:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 35-034-0-113.830
PROPERTY LOCATION: 7007 Clingan Road, Unit 108, Poland, OH 44514.
The prayer of the Complaint is for authority to sell the real estate for payment of delinquent real estate taxes, penalties, interest, charges and costs, at public auction for cash only and such other relief as the Court may deem necessary in the premises.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 9th day of December, 2014.
