Defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and/or Assigns, of Olga L. Poteet, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on August 7, 2014, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, dba, Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number 14CV 1947, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and/or Assigns of Olga L. Poteet, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as: 6024 South Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-015-0-002.000
The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their intereset in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds, of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of November, 2014.
