Paul Lewis, aka Paul Sanchez Lewis and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Paul Lewis, whose place of residence is unknown and whose last known address is 9256 Columbiana Canfield Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406, and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on December 27, 2013, Farm Credit Mid-America, PCA formerly known as Farm Credit Services of Mid-America, PCA, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 13CV 3610, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 9256 Columbiana Canfield Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 09-053-0-027.010, and being more fully described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 5695, Page 1330-1332, of the Mahoning County, Ohio Recorder's Office.
Paul Lewis, aka Paul Sanchez Lewis and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Paul Lewis, are further notified that as named defendants in the within foreclosure action, they are required to answer the Complaint with twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which when published shall run once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, the answer date being the 14th day of October, 2014, or judgement may be rendered against them as demanded by Plaintiff.
