DEFENDANTS.
To: Unknown Spouse of Pat Bennett Ferraro, name unknown, whose last known addresses are 8894 State Route 14, Streetsboro, OH 44241, you will take notice that on the 31st day of March, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint and Supplemental Complaint in Rem for foreclosure on May 7, 2014 in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No 13CV 3618, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $59,428.45, plus interest at 6.125% per annum from June 1, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 400 West Walnut Street and Vacant Land on West Walnut Street, Lowellville, Ohio 44436 being permanent parcel numbers PPN: 40-006-0-296.000 and 40-006-0-297.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interst in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interst therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 22nd day of October, 2014.
