Sandra A. Shaner aka Sandra Shaner's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 28, 2014, a Complaint was filed in the matter of The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown Ohio v. Sandra A. Shaner aka Sandra Shaner's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, et al, Case No 14CV 1839 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Sandra A. Shaner aka Sandra Shaner's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot Number 5449 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown recorded in Volume 28, Page 191, Mahoning County Records.

Said City Lot Number 5449 has a frontage of 60 feet on the South line of Helena Drive and extends back on its West line 125 feet and extends back on its East line 125 feet and has a rear line of 60 feet as appears by said plat.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 88 Helena Drive, Struthers, Ohio 44471.

The Defendants named above are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication, said answer day being the 22nd day of October, 2014.
