DEFENDANTS.
Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouse, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Carolyn N. Evans, deceased, whose last known address is unknown, you will take notice that on the 19th day of June, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 14 CV 1514, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $22,426.55 plus accrued interest of $485.24, plus interest at 3.25% (variable) per annum from August 29, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3876 Burkey Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515 being permaent parcel number PPN: 48-008-0-013.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 16th day of September, 2014.
