The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and the next of kin of the Defendant Katherine R. Tkach, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 8th day of July, 2014, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 14CV 1680 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $36,003.67, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, with accrued interest in the amount of $585.18 from January 31, 2014 and interest accruing at the rate of 3.875% per annum from July 2, 2014, upon a certain obligation signed by, Katherine R. Tkach, now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: known as being Building D, Unit No. 106 of 5200 West Boulevard Condominium, together with the undivided interest in and to all the Common Areas and Facilities thereunto belonging, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, its Bylaws and Drawings, filed for record in the Office of the County Records, Mahoning County, Ohio in Official Record Volume 1302, Page 652, and as amended, and as further shown by the drawing of said condominium as recorded in Volume 66 of Plats, Page 17, and as amended, Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
