DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, Successors, Assigns and Next of Kin of the Defendant Lois Ference, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 5th day of June, 2014, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 14CV 1378 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $5,829.56, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, together with accured interest from in the amount of $108.48 and interest accuring at the rate of 7.250% per annum from May 13, 2014, upon a certain obligation signed by, John G. Ference and Lois Ference, now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Campbell City Lot No 1650 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, formerly Lot 421 in the East Youngstown Land and Improvment Company Plat No. 2, a subdivsion of a party of Original Coitsville Great Lots Nos. 16, 24 and 27, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 4 of Plats, Pages 26 1/2 and 26 3/4 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Campbell City Lot No. 1650 has a frontage of 50 feet on the northerly side of Sanderson Avenue and extends back between parallel lines a distance of 150 feet on the westerly line, a distance of 150 feet on the easterly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer on or before the 7th day of August, 2014.
