To: Stephen Nichols, whose last known address is 400 West Walnut Street, Lowellville, OH 44436, Unknown Spouse of Stephen Nichols, name unknown, whose last known address is 400 West Walnut Street, Lowellville, OH 44436 and Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Surviving Spouse, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of Estate of Cecilia Nicholas aka Cecilia Luoma, deceased, whose last known address is unknown. Each of you will take notice that on the 26th day of February, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 14CV 527, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $15,104.63 plus interest at 7.50% per annum from July 30, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promisssory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street addres of 309 West Wood Street, Lowellville, OH 44436, being permanent parcel number PPN: 40-006-0-049.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 29th day of July, 2014.
