DEFENDANTS.

Juanita E. Davis aka Juanita R. Davis and John Doe, name unknown, spouse of Juanita E. Davis aka Juanita R. Davis, whose last known address is 7229 Glendale Ave, Youngstown, OH 44512-4862, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Juanita E. Davis aka Juanita R. Davis, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 9th day of April, 2014, PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank, National Association filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 14CV 907 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 7229 Glendale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5845, Page 2124, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-066-0-206.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of July, 2014, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
