Box 132, Struthers, OH 44471, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Michael Belasco, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on February 18, 2014, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, dba Champion Mortgage of Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case Number 14CV 444, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of Carmen J. Belasco, Deceased, Butch Hoover, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Butch Hoover, Carmen J. Belasco Jr., Theresa Belasco, Darlene Sackmar, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Darlene Sackmar, Theresa M. Cowher, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Theresa M. Cowher and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Michael Belasco, whose address is unknown, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 2720 Jean Street & V/L Jean Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-108-0-423.000 and 53-108-0-424.000

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 9th day of July, 2014.
