DEFENDANTS.

Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Executors, Creditors, Legatees, and Devisees if any, of Jean A. Phillips, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of February, 2014, Plaintiff filed its Complaint and on the 28th day of March, 2014, Plaintiff filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 14CV 318 in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendants have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as on 4335 Hopkins Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, and also known as Parcel Number 29-084-0-209.000 of the Auditor's Records of Mahoning County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to the mortgage filed in OR Book 5730, Page 1099, on the 19th day of November, 2007 in the Recorder's Office of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants Jean A. Phillips, deceased in the payment of promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of said notes and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be foever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure, of said mortgages, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named upon are required to answer on or before the the 9th day of July, 2014, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
