To: The Defendants, Shawn Geiger and Crystal Geiger, or the unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses, Legatees, Creditors and Fiduciaries of the Estates, of Shawn Geiger and Crystal Geiger, whose last known place of residence is: 13495 Woodworth Road, New Springfield, Ohio, will take notice that on the 23rd day of January, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case Number 14CV 191, alleging there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $119,498.45 with interest accuring at a rate of 3.5% per annum from August 8, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Land Installment Contract on the real property, which has a street address of 13495 Woodworth Road, New Springfield, Ohio 44432, being permanent parcel number Part of Parcel Number 01-167-0-003-000 in Mahoning County, Ohio.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Land Installment Contract, the Conditions of said Land Installment Contract have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real porperty or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said Land Contract, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 9th day of July, 2014.
