August Wittway and Jan Doe 1, Unknown Spouse, if any, of August Wittway, whose last place of residence was 1311 Union Street, Farrell, PA 16121; and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice on the 6th day of February, 2014, Judy Crenshaw, filed her Complaint in Case No. 14CV 353 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants, August Wittway and Jan Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of August Wittway have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 46-016-0-225.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 141 Oxford Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405.

A Copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the County Auditors Office.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of nonpayment of certain Tax Certificates, the lien of Petitioner has become absolute against the real estate.

The Petitioner prays that Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Tax Certificates, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.

DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 3rd DAY OF JULY, 2014.
