DEFENDANTS.

The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Sally A. Silvestri Revocable Living Trust U/A/D June 11, 2013, address unknown, will take notice that on the 23rd day of April, 2014, KeyBank National Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 14CV 1020.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate, owned by Raymond Silvestri and Sally A. Silvestri, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 796 Squirrel Hill Drive, Boardman, Ohio 44512.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 29-104-0-095.000

The complete legal description of the parcel may be obtained from the County Auditor.

The relief demanded in the foreclosure of Plaintiff's mortgage is the amount of $66,012.72, plus interest at the variable rate of 2.75 percent per annum from September 13, 2013, until paid; judgment for title costs and court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the real estate described in the mortgage be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further, that the Defendant, The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Sally A. Silvestri Rovocable Living Trust U/A/D June 11, 2013, be required to Answer setting forth his claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or be forever barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of June, 2014.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
