To: Bean Investments, LLC, whose last known addresses are c/o Steven Hinz, statutory agent, 256 North Heghts, Youngstown, OH 44504 and P.R.E., LLC whose last known addresses are 256 North Heights, Youngstown, OH 44504, each of you will take notice that on the 2nd day of January, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, being Case No. 14CV 2, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $37,928.05 plus interest at 6.625% per annum from May 1, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 222 South Portland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number 53-068-0-140.000.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendants are required to answer on or before the 26th day of June, 2014.
