Option One Mortgage Corporation, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 19th day of February, 2014, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case No 14 CV 460 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Option One Mortgage Corporation have or calim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
SITUATED in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Struthers City Lot No 2391, according to the Latest Enumeration of lots in said City, in Replat of Lots 2389, 2390 and 2391 in Garden Heights Plat, a Subdivision of a part of Original Poland Township, Great Lot #1, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 76 of Maps, Page 227, of Mahoning County Records.
