Wysel and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Clifford D. Wysel; and the unknown spouse of Clifford D. Wysel, whose last known address is Address Unknown, will take notice that on the 22nd day of January, 2014, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, filed its Amended Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 14CV 177. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Amended Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plantiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
