DEFENDANTS.
1. Defendant, Rowley & Brown Petroleum Corporation, an Ohio Corporation will take notice that on October 17, 2013, Talmer Bank and Trust filed a Complaint in Foreclosure with Instructions for Services against Master Park Plaza Investment, Inc. asking for judgment decree in foreclosure, plus additional contractual charges and any advances made by Talmer Bank and Trust for taxes, insurance, maintenance or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's Deed and also seeking foreclosure of its Mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Great Lot No. 6 in said Township and is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Canfield-Niles Road at the intersection thereof with the center line of Silica-Quarry Road; thence southerly along the center line of Canfield-Niles Road a distance of 270.8 feet to a point; thence westerly and parallel to the center line of Silica-Quarry Road, a distance of 330 feet to a point; thence northerly and parallel to the westerly line of Canfield-Niles Road a distance of 270.8 feet to a point on the center of Silica-Quarry Road; thence easterly along the center line of Silica-Quarry Road a distance of 330 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION OF CAPTION PREMISES CONVEYED BY EDEN PLACE PARTNERSHIP, AN OHIO PARTNERSHIP CONSISTING OF JOSEPH BEVILACQUA AND EVA BEVILACQUA, TO THE STATE OF OHIO IN THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD VOLUME 5351, Page 628, OF MAHONING COUNTY RECORDS.

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being part of Tract No. 6 and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Silica Road (a 60 foot road), said point being 310 feet in a westerly direction along said center line from the center line of Canfield-Niles Road (a 66 foot road); thence in a southerly direction and along the westerly property line of a 0.93 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by R.E. and D. L. Edwards, a distance of 270.8 feet to a point, being the intersection of said westerly property line and the northerly property line of a 1.61 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by J.I. Toffler and A. Raco; thence in a westerly direction and along said northerly property line a distance of about 6.6 feet to a point, being the northwest corner of said parcel; thence in a southerly direction and along the westerly property line of said Toffler and Raco parcel a distance of about 145.8 feet, but to a point being the intersection of said westerly property line of the northerly property line of a 3.6 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by G. Walker; thence in a westerly direction and along said northerly property line a distance of about 140 feet but to a point being the intersection of said northerly property line and the easterly property line of a 6.398 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by R.E. and D. L. Edwards; thence in a northerly direction and along said easterly property line a distance of about 416.6 feet to a point on the centerline a distance of about 160 feet but to the place of beginning and containing therein approximately 1.52 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

2. Defendant, Rowley & Brown Petroleum Corporation is required to answer said Complaint in Foreclosure within Twenty-eight (28) days after last publication of this notice, said answer day being the 23rd day of May, 2014 or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceeding.
