Driscoll's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 21st day of February, 2014, The Huntington National Bank, Successor in Interest by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case No 14CV 476 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Ruth I. Driscoll's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and being a part of Out Lot 978 and having a frontage of 118.85 feet on the east line of South Meridian Road and extending back therefrom of equal width a distance of 318 feet and having a rear line of 118.83 feet.
