To: Helen Schultz, whose last known address is 3680 Allendale Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511 and Unknown Spouse of Helen Schultz, name unknown, whose last known address is 3680 Allendale Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511, each of you will take notice that on the 2nd day of January, 2014, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 14CV 3, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $56,060.65 plus interest at the rate of 9.20% per annum from May 1, 2013, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3680 Allendale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, being permanent parcel numbers PPNS: 48-001-0-115.000 and 48-001-0-116.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 22nd day of April, 2014.
