Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Ross J. Bertelli and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Ross J. Bertelli; and the unknown spouse of Ross J. Bertelli, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on the 17th day of January, 2014, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 14CV 145. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
