Alexandria Place Condominium Association, Inc. whose last place of business is unknown and whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 21st day of January, 2014, The Home Savings & Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in Case No. 14CV 153 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Attention: Civil Clerk, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant, Alexandria Place Condominium Association, Inc. have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, And known as being all of Unit 8, together with undivided interest as set forth in the Declaration in and all common elements and facilities in Alexandria Place Codominium, shown by the drawings recorded in Plat Book 99, Pages 203-205 of Mahoning County Records, as further described in the Declaration and Bylaws of said Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4762, Page 269, Mahoning County Records; and as amended in the First Amendment To The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Recorded Book 4809, Page 345, Mahoning County Records; and as amended in the Second Amendment To The Delcaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 4825, Page 229, Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways
