Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Joseph B. Scullen, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Joseph B. Scullen, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 31st day of August, 2009, US Bank National Association as Successor Trustee to State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Holders of Bear Stearns Mortgage Securities, Incorporated, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 1996-6, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 09CV 3316. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
