Miller, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on the 24th day of December, 2013, The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate Holders of CWALT, Incorporated, Alternative Loan Trust 2004-18CB, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2004-18CB, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 13CV 3592, The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
