Defendants, Dennis John Frangos, aka Dennis J. Frangos, Trustee, of the Dennis John Frangos and Laura Lee Kates Frangos Joint Living Trust, dated October 5, 1999; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Dennis John Frangos, aka Dennis J. Frangos, Laura Lee Kates Frangos, Trustee, of the Dennis John Frangos and Laura Lee Kates Frangos Joint Living Trust, dated October 5, 1999; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Laura Lee Kates Frangos, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 18th day of October, 2013, Plaintiff, Daniel R. Yemma, Treasurer, Mahoning County, Ohio, filed a Foreclosure Complaint in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to Transfer and Vest Title in the Mahoning County Reutilization Corporation, the same being Case No. 13CV 2985 in said Court. The real estate which is the subject of the within action more fully described in the Foreclosure Complaint and known as:

PROPERTY LOCATION: Triumph Avenue; Lot 665.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-028-0-123.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Triumph Avenue; Lot 664.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-028-0-124.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Triumph Avenue; Lot 663.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-028-0-125.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Triumph Avenue; Lot 662.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-028-0-126.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Triumph Avenue; Lot 661.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-028-0-127.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Laurel Avenue, Lot 675.

and

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 33-028-0-128.000

PROPERTY LOCATION: Laurel Avenue, Lot 674.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with costs be found to be a good and valid first lien on such premises, that the alternative equity of redemption period set forth in O.R.C. 323.78 be foreclosed, and that the title to the subject premises be transferred to and title vested in the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation without necessity of appraisal, public auction or sheriff sale.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 12th day of March, 2014.
