UM Captial, LLC AKA United Mortgage & Loan Investments LLC and WMC Mortgage Corporation, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Home Opportunity, LLC filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, with the above referenced case number, 13CV 2279. The object of, and demand for relief in the Complaint is, to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest:

Situated in the County of Mahoning in the State of Ohio and in the City of Youngstown and known as being Youngstown City Lot number Forty-two thousand and nine hundred eight (42,908) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, formerly Lot no. 25 in the Fairlawn Allotment as recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, Page 24, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of fifty (50) feet on the north line of Pinehurst Avenue, formerly Jennette Drive and extends back on its east line one hundred forty-five (145) feet, and on its west line one hundred forty-five (145) feet, having a rear line of fifty (50) feet, as appears by said Plat.
