Phillip W. House and Jane Doe, name unknown, spouse of Phillip W. House, whose last known address is 445 West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and The Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Phillip W. House, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 1st day of October, 2013, PNC Bank, National Association successor by merger to National City Bank filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 13CV 2791 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 445 West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5127, Page 2578, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 3-127-0-268.000 and 53-127-0-269.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 16th day of January, 2014, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
